To ensure an excellent experience for all guests and preserve the property, we kindly ask you to observe the following rules:
• The house is intended for families, couples, and responsible groups of friends.
• Parties, events and high volume sound are not permitted. Background music is welcome, as long as municipal noise regulations and neighborhood tranquility are respected.
• For security reasons, the use of glass containers is not allowed in the pool area.
• Damage or breakage to property items, such as dishes, glasses, cups, utensils, towels or other objects, will be charged according to the replacement value.
• Stains on sofas, carpets, curtains, mattresses or bedding that require specialized cleaning or make them unusable may result in a cleaning fee or replacement charge.
• We request that furniture remain in its original locations. If it becomes necessary to reorganize the house after check-out, a corresponding fee may be applied.
We appreciate your understanding and care for the property. This way, we can provide a pleasant experience for all guests.
